Resuscitating a Dead Cat

This cat has died many times over. But its creators rage against this fact, and employ black magic to resuscitate the dead.

You can find here and here some links to some chapters in the saga of the ancestral land claim of the Heirs of Ikang Paus to the Baguio Dairy Farm in Chuyo, Baguio city.

Here, and here, you can find decisions from the Court of Appeals on a preliminary injunction issued by the NCIP Regional Hearing Office to the Heirs of Ikang Paus.

  1. the cat will never die. It did not die even the government wants to kill it. It happened that it found its way out. Good the cat survived so that the eyes of the blind can see.

  2. Whoever is scared of that cat and wants to kill it must have done a grievous mistake that put himself into trouble.

  3. The spelling of "Chuyo" according to the American Original Title Certificate of Ikang Paus bearing a total of 101.81 hectares is "Shuyo", Wetig Tuba, Benguet Luzon Philippines. Check it out. It's also filed at the Registration Book at the Bureau of Land in Baguio City.

  4. 2) It’s appearance:
    • The size of the documentation Title is 43 cm. x 53 cm.
    • The typewriter used must be the old one which had wide bar tab in those days.
It is now impossible to produce fake from modern technology like computer. Computer printers have the same standard size as the latest typewriters.
    • The stapler used to attach the sketch plan was antique bigger than the stapler used for carpet flooring. (Tracing line as seen at the top of the page.)
    • The copy that I have, got tiny holes along the folding lines handled by different people folding then unfolding over those years.

The reason why the dispute of this land sounds complicated is because of Baguio surveyors are involved in it. Ikang Paus sketch plan the original map is still around the corner. Surveyors don’t want to give it up yet.

Too bad these people don’t know the principle behind it that changing identifications of land such as revising and erasing boundaries, is like losing individual’s whole identity. The government wants to reduce the area from 101.81 to 96 to 67 hectares. This is impossible, unless the government NCIP can reduce an actual area of the Philippine Island and changes its name to Shuyo Tuba Benguet. And then I would say that they know what they are doing.

Those days had gone by when you can fool everybody by hiding someone’s title land without being noticed by the world.
